1. Scope of Work
This invoice covers only the specific work requested and documented. Any additional faults identified during the course of the service will be reported to the customer, and a separate estimate will be provided before any further work is undertaken.
2. Workmanship Guarantee
Ilves MVS guarantees the quality of workmanship for 30 days from the date of service or for the first 1,000 miles covered, whichever occurs first. This guarantee covers the installation of parts specified on this invoice. It does not cover faults arising from misuse, accidents, or third-party interference.
3. Parts Warranty
All parts supplied are sourced through trade channels and are covered by the manufacturer's individual warranty terms. Ilves MVS is not liable for manufacturing defects in parts, but we will assist in the processing of any valid warranty claims for parts supplied by us.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of the work. Payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account details provided on this invoice.
5. Limitation of Liability
Ilves MVS is not liable for pre-existing vehicle faults or failures unrelated to the work carried out. The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is situated in a safe, legal, and suitable location for mobile repairs.
